placed an order with this company and they were unfortunately out of the stock of one of the items i ordered. however, the fulfillment office reached out very kindly and offered to either refund or substitute with another item. Mystic Elements has great customer service and such an affordable price range. I will definitely be shopping more with them in the future and recommend you do too!

I ordered on their online website and was more than satisfied. Not only did they send the items in a timely manner, but also packaged everything with so much care and thought. I live in Iowa and I’ve ordered from Mystic Elements initially in Fall of 2021 and just recently. They gave me a nice gift along with my original order and turnaround time from ordering to holding the crystals in my hands was very quick! They also pack these lil beauties with care. I initially saw ME on TikTok last year and I’m so glad I did!

The store is neatly kept and organized making it easy to find what you need. Huge selection to choose from. Rocks, books, candles, incense, sage, dried herbs, jewelry, cauldrons, etc. The employees are great! Thats not an easy compliment coming from me. These people have made a good impression. Eager to help but not pushy or irritating. If they don’t have an answer to a question they pursue the answer.
